The deadline for all cancellation requests is April 5, 2026.

On or Before April 5, 2026: Cancellations received on or before this date will be eligible for a refund, subject to a 30% processing fee. The remaining 70% of the registration fee will be refunded to your original payment method.
2026年4月5日或之前提出的取消申请： 我们将扣除 30% 的行政手续费，其余 70% 的报名费将退还至您的原支付账户。
After April 5, 2026: No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date. This is due to finalized commitments for hotel accommodations, meals, and itinerary arrangements.
2026年4月5日之后提出的取消申请： 恕不退款。这是由于酒店住宿、餐饮及行程安排均已确认并付款，无法取消。
