The 2026 3rd International Traditional and Natural Medicine Conference (hereinafter referred to as “The Event”) is officially organized by the Federation of Chinese Medicine and Physicians Sarawak (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizer”).
2026 第三届国际传统自然医学大会（以下简称“本大会”）由 砂拉越中医师中药联合总会（以下简称“主办方”）正式主办。 - Payment & Commercial Partner (付款与商业合作伙伴)
You acknowledge and agree that TU Advisory S/B is the authorized commercial partner appointed by The Organizer to handle online registration systems, payment processing, and invoicing for The Event.
您知悉并同意 TU Advisory S/B 为主办方委任之授权商业合作伙伴，负责处理本大会之线上报名系统、金流支付处理及开立票据事宜。
Bank Statement Reference: Your credit card or bank statement will reflect a charge from TU Advisory S/B or CHIP.
账单显示： 您的信用卡或银行对账单将显示来自 TU Advisory S/B 或 CHIP 的扣款记录。 - Registration & Qualification Review (报名与资格审核)
Participation in the Charity Clinic and specific professional sessions is subject to a strict qualification review.
参与义诊活动及特定专业场次需经过严格的资格审核。
Review Process: Submission of the registration form and payment constitutes an application. Final participation rights are granted only upon verification of your professional credentials.
审核流程： 提交报名表并付款视为提出申请。最终参与资格将在您的专业证照核实无误后正式授予。
False Information: If false or misleading professional information is provided, The Organizer reserves the right to revoke the participant’s status without refund.
虚假资料： 若提供虚假或误导性的专业资料，主办方保留撤销参与资格且不予退款的权利。 - Code of Conduct (行为准则)
All participants are expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior toward patients, staff, or other delegates will result in immediate expulsion from the conference without refund.
所有与会者须保持高标准的专业操守。任何针对病患、工作人员或其他代表的骚扰、歧视或不道德行为，将导致被立即驱逐出大会且不予退款。 - Limitation of Liability (责任限制)
The Organizer and TU Advisory S/B shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property affecting participants during the event, nor for any financial loss incurred due to travel disruptions or force majeure events. Participants are strongly advised to purchase their own travel and medical insurance.
主办方及 TU Advisory S/B 对与会者在活动期间发生的人身伤害、财物损失或损坏概不负责，亦不对因交通中断或不可抗力事件造成的财务损失负责。强烈建议与会者自行购买旅游及医疗保险。 - Governing Law (适用法律)
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sarawak, Malaysia.
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖并据其解释。任何争议应提交至马来西亚砂拉越法院之专属管辖。
